JUNE 2 thru September 15 RUNNING RINGER

In Flight Scoring: Gross

Players submit a "base" score (gross) for each hole from a single round played starting from the Opening Luncheon on June 2, 2009, until the Closing Luncheon (September 15, 2009).

Players then submit ringer sheets each time they have an improved (gross) score on a particular hole. Only gross scores (not adjusted) will be used for the Ringer.

  • Play any time with at least one other club member. All members of the playing group who are members of the Women's Club must attest the scorecard.

  • Submit the scorecard in the container marked “Ringer” in the Pro Shop and include your computer number, handicap, and the date on the accompanying ringer form.

  • Improperly filled-out sheets will go into a 'reject' box. All rejected sheets need to be corrected and resubmitted.

  • Players submitting scores must enter their adjusted score into the computer.

  • You may submit ringer scores for a 9 hole round.

  • Your 'flight' will be the lowest flight achieved during the season.

Lowest scores of the season on each hole will be tallied to determine the winner.

There will be 1st and 2nd place prizes awarded for the overall low gross in each flight. There will also be prizes awarded for the most improved players in each flight based on a comparison of the base score and the end-of-season score.
